How SpeediSign™ Works

 SpeediSign screen shot

SpeediSign™ is an innovative solution by Post.Trust to simplify the process of signing multiple Adobe® PDF documents. SpeediSign™ builds on the inherent value of a Post.Trust I.D.® digital credential to provide an easy-to-use graphical user interface that integrates with Adobe® Acrobat for a richer experience.

The user simply starts the application and selects a number of options for multiple Adobe® PDF document signing either through a folder selection or multiple file selection. Users can create multiple document signing profiles that can be saved for use at a later stage depending on the type of batch process the user is executing. For example, a user can create a signature profile for legal documents and another profile for financial documents.

SpeediSign™ also manages the licensing count and alerts the user when their licensing quota is about to run out. Alerts are also provided to users when their certificates are about to expire.
