Post.Trust is pleased to announce the signing of a reseller agreement with Valued-Added Distributor Kilross Network Protection for the supply of hardware to produce Post.Trust’s new desktop document signing solution, Post.Trust I.D.

Post.Trust I.D. is a high assurance unique digital credential assigned to an individual for the purpose of digitally signing Adobe® PDF documents. The hardware component - supplied by Kilross and manufactured by SafeNet - is a certificate-based PKI USB authenticator called the iKey 2032.

Post.Trust I.D. enables individuals to digitally sign Adobe® PDF documents within Adobe Acrobat and transmit them electronically in the knowledge that it will reach the recipient intact. The recipient of an Adobe® PDF document signed using Post.Trust I.D.® can be certain of the authenticity of the sender and that the document has not been changed in any form. Recipients simply have to open the document in the free Adobe® Reader® to instantly verify the authenticity and integrity of the document.

Post.Trust I.D. is issued on a secure USB token making it extremely portable and compact. Post.Trust I.D. is fully compliant with the eSignatures Directive 1999/93/EU and the eCommerce Act, 2000 giving legally binding equivalence of a Post.Trust I.D digital signature to its handwritten counterpart.
